bootstrap(): Bootstraps a sampling distribution for a sample.

calculate_boot_stats(): Calculates a bootstrapped confidence interval and other stats for a sample.

plot_ci(): Plots a bootstrapped sampling distribution with its confidence interval and observed mean.

tabulate_stats(): Makes two presentation-ready tables that summarize the statistics from the bootstrapped samples and the parameters for creating the bootstrapped samples.
